I switched from the older Bausch & Lomb Purevision Multi Focal contact lenses and am very pleased with the newer PureVision MultiFocal contact lenses - but they have trade offs. First, these are the most breathable lenses I have ever had, multi-focal or not. I can wear them 16+ hours with no problem.
